About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our Strategic Land team in Tamworth. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring strategic land opportunities for residential-led development.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 26 days annual leave, life assurance, pension, private medical insurance and more.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of the UK Residential Property Market and Planning Frameworks/Legislation. Competence in Microsoft Office is also essential, as well as a good understanding of Health and Safety (including CDM relating to design).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and identify land opportunities and proposals for submission to landowners/agents.
  • Assist in developing the Strategic Land Strategy by advising on regional requirements, planning policy amendments, and housing need and supply matters.
  • SOURCE STRATEGIC LAND OPPORTUNITIES IN LINE WITH THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY, INCLUDING UNDERTAKING LAND SEARCHES.
