We are seeking an experienced Fostering Family Services Lead to join our team at The Fostering Network. As the regional lead for Fostering Kinship Support in Northern Ireland, you will be responsible for overseeing program delivery, monitoring spend, and providing line management for project workers. This role requires excellent leadership skills, ability to work in a trauma-informed setting, and a solution-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant field, such as youth work, sociology, or social work, and have at least three years of experience working within a community context. You will be expected to collaborate with voluntary and statutory agencies across the region, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of our Fostering Kinship Support program.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £37,000 pro rata, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced maternity pay and 38 days leave.
