Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and review resident care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with a focus on night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
