We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Proven experience in a care setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
