Registered Nurse Nights - Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Davenham Hall Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing personal care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery, including handovers, meetings, and communication.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, empathy, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, adhering to data protection policies, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
