Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide basic life support as needed.
  • Monitor residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
  • Lead handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills, with a strong understanding of National Standards and NMC Codes of practice.
  • Show sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others, with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
  • Hold a current and active NMC pin number, with a good knowledge of computer systems and basic tasks.
  • Have experience of leading, motivating, and managing staff, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
