We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kingscourt Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care to our residents, as well as leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan individualized care for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
