Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by medical staff.
- Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to medical staff.
- Lead and participate in handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
- Experience in a care home setting, preferably with a similar patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic care records.
