About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to join our Payroll Team at PIB Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processing for our international payrolls, ensuring smooth running of the international payroll function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the management of international payrolls through our 3rd party provider, ensuring compliance with all financial and legal requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop your direct reports, building morale and motivation, and enabling high levels of retention within the team.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the Group Payroll Services Manager in assessing long-term payroll trends and developing strategies to achieve agreed targets.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with high-level stakeholders and management to resolve payroll queries and ensure effective communication.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with all payroll financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and complete audits and reporting when due, maintaining accurate payroll, associated financial, and other records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Revise the team's Standing Operating Practices (SOPs) to ensure their actions reflect the written processes, current legislation, and the new HR and Payroll system.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years' continuous experience working in a payroll function with end-to-end payroll lifecycles for EMEA.
  • Leadership: Proven experience of leading and managing a team is essential.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise and communicate with colleagues at all levels, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Previous knowledge and experience of using Workday, with Tupe/Integration experience desired.
