Job Summary
The HR Administrator is a key role within our client's growing business, supporting the development and success of the organization. As an integral part of the operational Human Resources team, you will assist and support the HR Assistant and HR Manager in providing quality administration information and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of HR administration, learning & development, and recruitment support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Provide payroll administration support and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
- Support the HR Manager in the coordination of learning & development programs
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, learning & development, and recruitment
- Payroll administration experience (training can be provided)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, methodical, and adaptable team player
- Numerical skills required
What We Offer
- Competitive salary up to £27,000
- Bonus up to 15% dependent on company and personal performance
- Life Assurance
- 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Flexibility, but site-based (own transport required)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
