About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Development Specialist to lead our Hybrid Working Solutions team. As a key member of our HR and OD department, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment service to various stakeholders.

With a focus on work-life balance, we welcome applications for flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

You will play a crucial role in developing innovative ways of working that celebrate best recruitment and HR practice, while establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will oversee the workload of HR & OD Assistants, ensuring it is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in line with policies and procedures.

Main duties include:

  • To supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants.
  • To provide support to the Trust's HR and OD team, offering a friendly, welcoming, and efficient 'front of house' service.
  • To contribute to leading and improving the Trust's recruitment service.
  • To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI, and Health and Wellbeing teams.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
