About the Role

We are seeking a skilled support and development specialist to join our team at a specialist school in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support and promote engagement among students with SEN needs.

Key responsibilities will include setting targets for students, monitoring progress, and ensuring every child can access their full educational potential. You will also work with students who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing a supportive and nurturing environment to help them overcome difficulties.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt their approach to meet the unique needs of each student. If you are passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that this is a long-term to perm opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £95-£105 per week.
