Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Hybrid Workforce Specialist to join its HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing ways of working that celebrate best recruitment and HR practice. Your responsibilities will include supervising HR and OD Assistants, supporting the HR team in providing an efficient 'front of house' service, and contributing to the improvement of the Trust's recruitment service.

Key Skills and Experience
This role requires experience in a recruitment service environment, e-recruitment systems, and recruitment and selection processes. You should also possess knowledge and experience of working in a HR and/or OD role, as well as excellent proof-reading skills. Additionally, you will need to have Microsoft Office and IT skills, including proficiency in using TRAC/Networx or other e-recruitment systems.

Salary and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a generous pension scheme and opportunities for flexible and hybrid working, promoting work-life balance.
