Senior HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Work with HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities and align with the HR strategy.
- Support, coach, and upskill managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases.
- Manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding, exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on day-to-day work, initiatives, and projects.
- Maintain, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, and job descriptions.
- Stay up-to-date with UK employment legislation and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
- Strong employee relations advisory skills.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and ability to translate it into policy and practice.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including current developments in the profession.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational ability.
