Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Co-ordinator to join our team at Randstad, the world's largest recruitment organisation.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Co-ordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Work with HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including early intervention and formal cases.
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding, exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
- Work with the wider HR team to maintain, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Proactively stay up-to-date with UK employment legislation and provide expert advice on generalist HR matters.
- Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
- Strong employee relations advisory skills.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and ability to translate this into policy and practice.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including current developments in the profession.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational ability.
