Senior HR Coordinator

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Co-ordinator to join our world-class HR team at Randstad.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities and align with the HR strategy.
- Support and coach managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases.
- Manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases, including performance management, absence management, and grievances.
- Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding, exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on day-to-day work, initiatives, and projects.
- Strong employee relations advisory skills.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and ability to translate it into policy and practice.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including current developments in the profession.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational ability.
