About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Co-ordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including early intervention and formal cases.
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding, exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
  • Work with the wider HR team to maintain, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Proactively stay up-to-date with UK employment legislation and provide expert advice on generalist HR matters.
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
Requirements
  • Strong employee relations advisory skills.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and ability to translate this into policy and practice.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including current developments in the profession.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organisational ability.
