Senior HR Coordinator

At Randstad, we're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our world-class HR team in Luton. As a Senior HR Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our business partners and managers in all Employee Relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with HR Business Partners to identify key priorities and develop strategies to address Employee Relations issues.
- Provide coaching and upskilling to managers on Employee Relations matters, including performance management, absence management, and grievances.
- Manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support the business with generalist HR tasks, including onboarding, exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Strong employee relations advisory skills and knowledge of employment legislation.
- Ability to translate legislation into policy and practice.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and current developments in the profession.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
