About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Lead to join our team at Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd.
Job Summary
The Service Lead will be responsible for leading the Service Centre team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage service operations, including workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Engage with customers to recommend services and products, and manage customer communication.
- Manage service costs, service orders, and inventory.
- Ensure a clean and efficient service department, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a bicycle Service Centre role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
