About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pension and Payroll Service Manager to lead a team of 12 Payroll Administrators in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules and the UK legislative and regulatory Pensions and Payroll frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Payroll Administrators in delivering payroll services
  • Ensure compliance with Trust Deed and Rules and UK legislative and regulatory frameworks
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, key suppliers, pension trustees, and HMRC
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in payroll and pensions, particularly Collective Defined Contribution Schemes, DB, and Career Average schemes
  • Strong understanding of UK pensions and payroll regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
