Service Management Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Management Lead to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Payroll Administrators in the delivery of accurate and efficient payroll services.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of 12 Payroll Administrators in the delivery of payroll services
- Ensuring compliance with UK legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Managing stakeholder relationships with clients, key suppliers, and pension trustees
- Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives
- Analyzing team performance data to drive efficiency
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in payroll and pensions, particularly Collective Defined Contribution Schemes, DB, and Career Average schemes
- Strong understanding of UK pensions regulations and HMRC rules
- Ability to develop, lead, and motivate a team
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to analyze data
- Professional payroll and pensions qualifications
