Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation, and PEG-feeding.
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nursing team to deliver care that meets the individual needs of each child.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a paediatric setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
