About the Role:

As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with Tracheostomy and Ventilation care, including suctioning and oxygen therapy
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those with Tracheostomy, Ventilation, and PEG-feeding
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or healthcare
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
