At HFH Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our specialist nurses to provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies, ventilation, and PEG feeding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to children with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nurses to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • You must be over 18 to apply.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
