Job Title: Paediatric Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication administration and management
  • Supporting with mobility and transfers
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
