Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our Front Door Services, which includes the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to providing support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the county.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Social Work
  • Social Work England registration
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance

You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and partner agencies.
