As a Team Manager within our Children's Services department, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services. Your primary focus will be on managing workflow, quality assuring work, and contributing to the development of our quality assurance framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of our ambitious improvement and transformation plans. We are seeking resilient and driven individuals who can help us achieve our goals and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working closely with colleagues across the service and partner agencies to ensure we provide effective support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the county.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • A recognised qualification in Social Work
  • Experience as a frontline social worker
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance
