Deputy Service Manager - Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Service Manager to join our ABI team in Gloucester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and helping individuals with acquired brain injuries to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication competencies
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries
