Deputy Head Housekeeper - Live In Accommodation Available

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court, a stunning 201-bedroom hotel in South Gloucestershire.

About the Role

The Deputy Head Housekeeper will work closely with the Executive Head Housekeeper to maintain the highest level of housekeeping and guest service standards. This includes ensuring that all rooms and public areas are meticulously clean and well-maintained, and that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in hotels, ideally in a similar role and in a similar-sized property. They will be able to deliver a consistent level of service under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Executive Head Housekeeper to set and monitor housekeeping standards
  • Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Regulate housekeeping costs and ensure that they are in line with business forecasts
  • Deputise for the Head Housekeeper as required
