Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Home Manager at Priory Group, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service are achieved within our residential care home.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of senior staff, ensuring high standards of care and service are achieved, and supporting the Home Manager in managing resources to maximize sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents to live as independently as possible, including personal care
  • Act as a senior member of staff on shift and be confident in supporting our residents and staff team
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with residents and their families
  • Take residents out and about, including walking, local cafes, and outdoor activities
  • Contribute to the on-call rota and a varied shift pattern
Requirements:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is confident, collaborative, and has significant previous experience in a similar role. You will need to have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to build solid working relationships. You will also need to be flexible and able to lead a team, as well as demonstrate experiences and knowledge of supporting people in a proactive, person-centered way.
