Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Home Manager at Priory Group, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service are achieved within our residential care home.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of senior staff and ensuring that high standards of care and service are achieved within the home.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to manage resources, ensure sales and profits are maximised, and support the development of the wider team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents to live as independently as possible, including personal care
  • Acting as a senior member of staff on shift and being confident in supporting our residents and staff team
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with residents and their families
  • Contributing to the on-call rota and a varied shift pattern
  • Working with a great team to deliver high-quality care and service
About You:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is confident, caring, and has a professional approach. You will have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

You will be flexible and have experience in leading a team, as well as being able to demonstrate experiences and knowledge of supporting people in a proactive, person-centred way. You will need to have the experience and confidence to deal with Mental Health and Non-verbal individuals.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, and a permanent full-time contract. You will also have the opportunity to work with a great team and contribute to the development of our residential care home.
