Role Overview
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Specialist to provide vital intervention support across a range of subjects and key stages. As a dedicated educator, you will work closely with small groups or individual students, providing tailored support to help them catch up, stay on track, or excel.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate teacher to deliver targeted intervention sessions to students in need of extra support. You will cover PPA time for class teachers, ensuring continuity in the classroom while allowing teachers to focus on their planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in the lives of students, providing both academic support and a nurturing environment where learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions to students in need of extra support
* Provide one-to-one or small group instruction across a variety of subjects and year groups
* Cover PPA time for teachers, ensuring high-quality lessons and classroom management
* Track and monitor student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students

What We're Looking For
* A qualified teacher with experience supporting children through targeted interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with small groups or individual students
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills

Salary Details
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
