Support Specialist for Autistic Students

At First Class Support, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional academic support to students with disabilities. As a Specialist Autism Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate the challenges of higher education.
Our mentors are passionate about making a difference and possess an in-depth knowledge of autism. You will work closely with students to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with autism
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
- Collaborating with academic staff to ensure student success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification (2:1 or above) in a relevant field
- Comprehensive training in adult autism
- Experience working with individuals with autism
We offer a competitive salary of £30.00 per hour, plus benefits including:

- Flexible working patterns
This is a part-time position, with variable working hours depending on student needs. As our support workers are required to be registered Self Employed, you must be willing to register or become registered accordingly.
