Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Sales Professional to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales expert with experience in the construction engineering or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from inception through to aftersales, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Base Development: Maintain and develop a strong customer base, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Tier 1 Contractor Engagement: Effectively deal with Tier 1 contractors, including surveyors, estimators, and buyers, to promote and sell architectural products and services.
  • Specification and Technical Sales: Utilize technical expertise to specify and sell architectural products and services, aligning them with customer needs.
  • Bid and Tender Support: Collaborate closely with the bid and tender team to develop quotations that meet customer requirements.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven experience in specification and technical sales within the construction engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Tier 1 Contractor Experience: A strong track record of working with Tier 1 contractors, including surveyors, estimators, and buyers.
