We are a leading supplier of building and landscaping products, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our sales team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets.
  2. Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts, resolve any issues or concerns, and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  3. Order Processing and Quotations: Process customer orders and quotations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing delivery, pricing, and technical queries, and escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
  5. Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensure efficient inventory management, and minimize stockouts through regular stocktakes and ordering processes.
  6. Depot Duties: Perform various tasks at the depot, including receiving and dispatching goods, and contributing to a safe and productive working environment.
