Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Reed is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Monitor and measure service metrics, utilizing data to inform strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in handling large-scale customer complaints and improving customer experience.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team to excel.
  • Relevant experience within a logistics environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
