About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure lead times are met and orders are processed efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the workshop and delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in order processing and customer relationship management systems.
