Job Title: Financial Administration Team Leader

Job Summary:

Cornwallis Elt is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administration Team Leader to join our Portfolio Administration function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operational processes and deputising for the Head of Portfolio Administration on various projects across the debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising daily processes to ensure accurate and efficient loan and trade and supply chain finance transactions.
  • Managing process improvements and providing expertise and guidance on loan transactions.
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Implementing solutions to improve processes and systems.
  • Presenting data to senior audiences and providing technical knowledge and expertise of debt products.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of Loan Administration Team Leadership in a financial services environment.
  • In-depth understanding of loan administration systems such as eFront and Debt Domain.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver priorities on time to a high standard.
  • Experience in implementing solutions to improve processes and systems.
  • Proficient in Excel to identify relevant information.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise of debt products.
