Internal Communications and Engagement Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Comms and Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our internal communication and engagement strategy, ensuring our colleagues are informed, engaged, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
As a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading on specific sub-sections of our Engagement and Communication strategy, from project planning to delivery and evaluation. You will also be responsible for channel management, content creation, and campaign development to drive improvements in engagement.
You will work closely with our Exec and SLT members to deliver engaging communications and colleague engagement support. Additionally, you will lead and support the successful management and delivery of comms events, including strategy roadshows, briefings, and celebration events.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have substantial experience in internal communication and engagement delivery, particularly in large-scale, complex, fast-paced organizations. You will also need to have expert knowledge of communication strategies, technologies, trends, and techniques.
As a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be a key influencer and advisor to our Exec and SLT members, providing guidance on communication and engagement strategies to drive business results.
What You Will Need- Substantial experience in internal communication and engagement delivery, particularly in large-scale, complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Expert knowledge of communication strategies, technologies, trends, and techniques.
- Ability to lead and manage projects, teams, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
