We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Comms and Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our internal communication and engagement strategy, ensuring seamless communication across our 4,300-strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our internal communication and engagement strategy, working closely with the Head of Communication & Engagement.
  • Manage and improve our internal communication channels, ensuring they are effective and engaging for our colleagues.
  • Design and deliver compelling campaigns and content to drive engagement and improve communication across the organization.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to Exec and SLT members on internal communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal events, including strategy roadshows, briefings, and social events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Creative team, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal communication and engagement, with a strong understanding of complex, fast-paced organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of communication strategies, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience working with senior-level management, with the ability to influence and challenge key business decision-makers.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with strong planning, organizational, and collaborative delivery skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality visual, audio, and digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and other tools.
  • Significant experience in writing, proofing, and editing sensitive communications.
  • Experience presenting proposals and plans to senior-level management.
