We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our team at RAC. As a key member of our Communications and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to engage and inform our colleagues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Channel Management: Own and manage group-level internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms, to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Content Creation and Campaigns: Plan, design, develop, and deliver engaging content and campaigns to drive improvements in internal communication and colleague engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR, and other business partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of internal communication events, including town halls, workshops, and other engagement activities.
- Experience in Internal Communication: Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies in a large-scale, complex organization.
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve communication goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital communication tools, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align internal communication strategies with business objectives.
