About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Manager to join our team at Memorialplus. As a key member of our Communications and Engagement team, you will play a vital role in driving our internal communication strategy and enhancing employee engagement.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of in-office work and 3 days of remote work, with occasional travel. You will be responsible for leading specific aspects of our Engagement and Communication strategy, from project planning to delivery and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and drive business outcomes.
  2. Channel Management: Own and manage our internal communication channels, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our business objectives.
  3. Content Creation: Plan, design, and deliver high-quality content to drive engagement and support our business goals.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR, and other support functions.
  5. Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of internal events, such as strategy roadshows, awards ceremonies, and social events.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven track record in internal communication and engagement, with a strong understanding of large-scale organizational dynamics.
  2. Knowledge: Expertise in communication strategies, technologies, and trends, with a focus on employee engagement and internal comms.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
