About You
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism and neurodiverse needs. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils. A comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring programme will be provided to ensure you have the skills and tools you need to thrive in this role.
