Job Title: Specialist Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Specialist Support Worker. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will work closely with autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to provide highly personalised programmes of study in one of our specialist schools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people with their educational and personal needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, young people, and staff

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and has a drive and resilience for what can be a demanding role. You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils.
