We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough, providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support with personal care needs, household tasks, and medication
  • Collaborate with service users, their families, and professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated approach
  • Support individuals to engage in a range of activities within their home and the local community
  • Contribute to general administrative duties and housing management tasks

About the Role:

This is a Relief Support Worker position, offering flexible shifts to suit your needs, ideal for balancing personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities. The role includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Requirements:

Essential experience is required for this role. If you're new to the sector, consider applying for a permanent position to receive training and support to become a confident practitioner.

Benefits:

Full training is provided, along with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
