About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relief Support Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support with personal care needs, household tasks, and medication
  • Collaborate with service users, their families, and professionals to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach
  • Support individuals to engage in a range of activities within their home and the wider community
  • Carry out administrative duties and housing management tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar position and possess skills in positive communication and engagement. You must also be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
