Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Education team as a Teacher.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with autism and/or neurodevelopmental disorders in accessing personalized programs of study. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively to help individuals achieve their aspirations and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Requirements
  • Qualified teaching professional with experience working with autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
