About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational leader to join our team at Mackenzie Thorpe School. As Principal, you will provide vision, strategic leadership, direction, and an effective culture for the school.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a specialist school environment with proven experience as a leader.
  • Stay up-to-date with current DfE guidance including Independent School Standards (ISS).
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of autism and neurodiversity.
  • Keep up-to-date with local and national government initiatives and legislation.
  • Foster a quality assurance framework.
  • Demonstrate strong and effective leadership qualities.

The salary for this role is approximately £67,949.28 per annum.
