Service Reception Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Aftersales Department, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated team to ensure the seamless operation of parts and service processes.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Maintain high performance standards within the parts and service team through effective coaching and performance management.
- Recruitment and Selection: Recruit and select team members in alignment with organisational needs.
- Customer Service: Uphold customer service standards ensuring adherence to customer satisfaction indicators.
- Resource Management: Ensure adequate resources are available to meet servicing requirements regularly reviewing key operating controls.
- Stock Control and Warehouse Management: Oversee stock control and warehouse management ensuring compliance with manufacturer and business operating requirements.
- Marketing: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor customer needs and competitor activity ensuring relevant and effective marketing efforts.
- Process Implementation: Ensure all service processes meet brand standards and are consistently implemented.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Foster interdepartmental communication to develop business and team ethos.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
- Essential Skills: Passion for delivering excellent customer satisfaction, strong organisational and planning skills, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, comprehensive understanding of all departments and KPIs, proficiency in IT, smart appearance, and full UK driving licence.
- Essential Experience: Relevant motor industry experience is essential.
- Leadership and Development: Guide and mentor a team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
