Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive strategic initiatives and fuel pipeline growth in our fast-growing global software company.

About the Role

The UK Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing top-of-funnel activities, increasing brand presence, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to deliver engaging campaigns that resonate with customers.

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to support company growth.
  • Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns using a multichannel approach.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost control.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software.
  • Proven track record with ABM campaigns and marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, private medical insurance, additional paid leave, a casual dress code, and a supportive company culture.
